Video allows for breaking down the rigid physical barriers of traditionally solid sculptures, blurring the line between solid and fluid. The starting point for the video were filmed light patterns. Using those as the base, I applied a layering technique analogous to the classic sculpting technique which is also used in modern 3D printers.
